Meet Bruce

A little about myself, my family, and journey.

With more than twenty years of experience, I’ve served as a director, founder, and advisor across churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven startups. My work integrates organizational development, leadership formation, and strategic execution, shaped by hands-on experience building and leading businesses, ministries, and cross-cultural initiatives. I operate at the intersection of people, systems, and purpose, with a focus on cultivating healthy leaders, aligned teams, and sustainable structures.

I’ve led and supported initiatives across Eastern Europe and North America, navigating diverse cultural environments while launching, scaling, and strengthening organizations. This includes founding and growing new ventures and working alongside established institutions in seasons of transition.

I hold a Master’s in Global Leadership and expect to complete my Doctorate in Global Leadership in 2026. Often alongside my wife, Deborah, we enjoy journeying alongside leaders and communities with a steady, reflective presence, helping discern direction, build capacity, and move forward with intention and clarity.

Deb and I have raised eight adventurous children and currently have four grandchildren. I enjoy playing hockey and cultivating meaningful friendships around the world. We currently reside in Eastern Ontario, Canada, while maintaining part-time residency in Pennsylvania, Ukraine, and Romania. The war in Ukraine uprooted our family, and we remain in flux and open to the surprising ways of the Spirit.

I look forward to hearing your story and exploring how I (we) might encourage you in your personal and organizational transition.
