Meet Bruce

With more than twenty years of experience, I’ve served as a director, founder, and consultant for nonprofits, churches, and faith-based startups. My work sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and technology, where I excel in communication, marketing, and delivering meaningful results.

I’ve managed over 50 digital campaigns across diverse and cross-cultural environments, partnering with organizations of every size, including local, state, federal, and global NGOs. As a person of faith, I’m committed to advancing human flourishing and helping courageous ideas take shape.

I hold a Master’s in Global Leadership and expect to complete my PhD in 2026. I enjoy supporting leaders and organizations in transition, offering timely resources and clear guidance through seasons of change.

My wife and I have raised eight adventurous children and currently enjoy four grandchildren. I enjoy playing hockey and cultivating meaningful friendships around the world. We currently reside in Eastern Ontario, Canada, while maintaining part-time residency in Pennsylvania, Ukraine, and Romania.
